The patent filing is completed by fulfilling the below steps

1. Understand what can be patented– the section 3 of patent acts provides the details of what can be patented 
2. Patent Search and Drafting – once the novelty is proved in the work drafting and filing procedure need to be framed.
3. File the application for patent– Form1 and Form 2 need to filled and generate the government fees challan and pay it.
4. Publication of the patent work after the filing procedure is completed a eighteen months is needed to publish the work.
5. Answer to the review once the patent is filled the domain experts will analyze the work and ask for the reasons to answer.
6. Grant the patent – after the process is completed the patent will be granted.
